Frequently Asked Questions

Question: Will you watch my video and give me drills?

Answer: 100% yes! This is the main focus of the program and app - to be able to breakdown pitching mechanics and prescribe drills with context for you to be able to throw harder and healthier with command.

Question: Is there an app?

Answer: Yes there is an app on iPhone and Android. The app is called "Kajabi Communities." If you weren't already emailed the download and login instructions, please reach out to [email protected]

Question: When will a coach get back to me after I've uploaded my video?

Answer: A coach will respond to your post same or next day between the hours of 9am-4pm EST Monday-Wednesday, excluding holidays. In other words, if you post your video on Wednesday night, we'll get back to you Thursday. If you post Thursday night, you can expect a response on the following Monday. We will tag you so that you get a notification. If your notifications are turned off in settings, you may not see that response, so please check your settings.

Reminder, you get to upload video(s) once a month for feedback and drill prescription.

Question: How many drills should I be working on?

Answer: We always stick to 1-2 drills a month so the player can get a feel for them, master them, and then assess them to progress to the next drill or phase. The assessment process is outlined at the end of the video in each phase and in the document for your monthly tracking.

Question: What are the Monthly LIVE Calls?

Answer: Each month you'll get exclusive behind the scenes LIVE calls with me where we do a little deeper into pitching mechanics and healthy velocity. At the end of each call I do LIVE Q&A and all questions are fair game. Replays will be available as long as you're a member!
